Hi there, I’m Kelly! I wear a lot of hats—wife, mom, professional, business owner—and I know firsthand how challenging it can be to juggle all the parts of your life while still trying to care for yourself. I’m so glad you found your way here.
I’ve worked with children, teens, and families in many roles - teacher, counselor, therapist. Along the way, I realized that what I love most is helping people find their own path and feel supported while doing it.
Life can be busy, messy, and beautiful all at once. Sometimes, we need a helping hand, and that’s where I come in. Therapy with me is personalized, real, and human. In this space, you can bring your whole self: no judgment and no pretenses.
I’ve been where you are: struggling with perfectionism, anxiety, and that constant pressure to be “enough.” I know how daunting it can feel to ask for support, and how hard it is to slow down long enough to care for yourself. Together, we’ll explore what’s behind the overwhelm, uncover your strengths, and create a path forward that feels manageable, meaningful, and uniquely yours. Therapy is about helping you feel safer in your own skin, clearer in your mind, and more confident in your life.
I may be a good fit for you if…
You want a therapy space where you can truly be yourself, no pretenses, no judgment, and yes—cursing is totally fine.
You’re ready to explore your patterns and strengths with someone who will listen, reflect, and support you rather than tell you what to do.
You value connection and trust, and want a therapist who treats you like a full, complex person—not a checklist.
You want a partner in therapy who respects your pace, preferences, and voice, helping you make decisions about your growth along the way.
You’re seeking a place where your authentic self is welcomed and honored, even the messy, human parts.
Am I the right therapist for you?
